radioGAUGE is the product of a close collaboration between the UK’s Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB), Other lines of enquiry and Dollywagon Media Sciences. radioGAUGE was originally commissioned in 2006 by Mark Barber, Planning Director at the RAB, who ran a competition for project ideas that was won by Other lines of enquiry, led at the time by Jason Brownlee.

Other lines of enquiry is now led by Penny Browell, who worked with Jason on the original pitch and still continues to run radioGAUGE in the UK on behalf of the RAB. In 2008 Jason left Other lines of enquiry to start a new business called Dollywagon Media Sciences, which established a collaboration with Other lines of enquiry and the RAB to develop radioGAUGE internationally.
